I brought my PC in with a hardware malfunction. PC Medic staff quickly found the problem and replaced the component, returning my PC the next day in perfect working order. Staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable considering all of the troubleshooting they had done. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with computer issues!

PC Medic was absolutely amazing. Not only did they have Saturday hours, they were very quick and accommodating They managed to fix the issue and save all data. Problem was fixed for less than $100. All other shops contacted wanted to completely wipe out PC or install new motherboard for $300+. Will definitely be using PC Medic in the future. Thanks for the great service!

The personal service, the time they put in to answering my silly questions and explaining to me what is going on with my desktop or laptop computer and that diagnostic fee – yep, deducted OUT OF the final price.
