Course Description
This course is a practical approach to learning how to create professional websites.
We’ll be writing computer code, focusing on graphics design, and learning about social
media and social networking.
Prerequisites
You should be comfortable with using a keyboard. If you need to constantly look at the
keyboard and you type with two fingers, It’s going to make learning really hard.
You should know how to use the Internet and be adept at learning new computer programs.
Organization
There are 12 classes in total. 3 classes a week, and each class is 3 hours in length.
A class is either between 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm.

Classroom Rules of Conduct
- Wash or sanitize your hands before using a computer station
- No food is allowed in the computer lab unless permission is given by the teacher
- No music playing devices
- Turn cell phones off
